	MICROFLAT PROTOTYPE A Generic single person double height apartment model to be applied to residential developments in various City Centre gap sites.
	WHITE WATER CANOE COURSE    STRATHCLYDE PARK A white water canoe course with stands, marquees, boat storage, competition control room, catering, visitor facilities and associated car parking. This project would provide a high profile venue for the 2005 International Rowing Regatta, the 2006 Commonwealth Games as well as a regional centre for all water-sports and related activities; sailing, canoeing, wind-surfing and rowing.
